Program Overview

Healthy Communities, Healthy Futures

Pakistan faces a dual burden of malnutrition — undernutrition and micronutrient deficiencies alongside rising rates of obesity and diet-related diseases. The Community Nutrition Awareness Program addresses these challenges by bringing nutrition education directly to communities.

We work with community leaders, women's groups, schools, and health workers to deliver practical nutrition knowledge, promote healthy eating habits, and empower families to make informed food choices.

Our Approach

  • Community-Led — Training local champions to sustain nutrition education
  • Culturally Relevant — Using local foods and traditional knowledge
  • Practical Skills — Teaching meal planning, cooking, and food preservation
